When Should I Place an Order?
Place your order at least a week in advance to ensure availability. We can usually accommodate requests made a few days before your flight, but orders placed less than 48 hours before the flight may not guarantee availability. Orders made within 24 hours incur a $35 last-minute fee.
How Does the Meeting with the VIP Service Agent Work?
Upon arrival, a VIP service agent will greet you at the airplane’s exit with a sign displaying your name in Latin letters. For departures, the driver will bring you directly to the VIP service agent at the airport. If you arrive independently, for example, by taxi, we will coordinate with your driver. Please provide your driver’s phone number. For those who ordered the “Silver” fast-track service, the meeting point is near gate 01 of Terminal 3.
What Information to provide to make a Booking?
To make a booking, provide your flight number and date. The number of passengers and one passenger’s surname for the meeting sign. Additionally, provide the contact number and email address.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 25 hours before the scheduled service. If your flight is canceled or rescheduled by the airline, you are also eligible for a refund. Refunds will be in shekels, subject to a 4% payment system commission fee. Currency exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount. Refunds are not available if you cancel your booking less than 25 hours before the scheduled service, do not show up for your scheduled service, or are denied entry to Israel by airport authorities.
