Sometimes, our plans unexpectedly change. We schedule flights, book services, and look forward to our journeys. However, unforeseen events may require us to alter our plans. If you need to cancel your booked Fast Track service at Ben Gurion Airport, here’s what you need to know about our cancellation policy.
Understanding Our Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair, allowing you flexibility should your plans change:
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 25 hours before your scheduled arrival or departure service. This ensures minimal disruption and allows us to accommodate other clients.
- Flight Changes: If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight, you will receive a full refund. We understand that such changes are out of your control and believe it’s only fair to refund your booking under these circumstances.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be in shekels, including a 4% payment system commission fee deduction. Please be aware that currency exchange rate fluctuations could affect the final amount refunded.
- You will see the refunded amount on your card within a few days after you request a refund. Typically, it takes about a week.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
There are specific conditions we can not issue the refund:
- Late Cancellation: We cannot refund you if you cancel your booking less than 25 hours before the scheduled service.
- No Show: Your booking fee will be fully charged if you fail to attend your service without prior notice. This helps us manage our scheduling and service commitments effectively.
- Denied Entry: If airport authorities deny you entry to Israel, we cannot refund your booking. We advise travelers to meet all entry requirements before departure to prevent any issues.
