All prices are shown in US dollars, but payments are processed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS). Please note that a 4% processing fee will be applied to cover transaction costs for payments over $400.

Refund Policy for Cancellations
If you need to cancel your VIP Fast Track service, you can receive a full refund by notifying us at least 25 hours before your scheduled service. Refunds will be made in shekels and are subject to a 4% commission fee. Keep in mind that currency exchange rates may affect the final refund amount.
Refunds are not available if:
- You cancel less than 25 hours before the service.
- You do not show up for your service.
- You are denied entry to Israel.
However, if your flight is canceled or changed by the airline, you are eligible for a full refund.
